Anklet - 9 inch (Folkestone and Seaham)
A pretty anklet with 7 Sea glass charms hung on a 1.3mm sterling silver trace chain.
Featuring two very rare and prized Seaham ‘multis’ from my special collection, the name given to multi coloured glass created as waste from the old Londonderry Bottle works, a glass factory based in Seaham, on the north east coast of England over 100 years ago. One is pink and clear and the other two shades of dark blue.
The other 5 pieces of glass were found at The Warren, in Kent near the site of a Victorian dump.
The Anklet measures 9 inches, which is the standard length for an anklet.
